This has been in the works for a few months now and what should be the final sample will be in our hands very soon. The CrMo driveside hub guard has a slot to keep the guard in place and stop from rotating and chewing away at your chain we are really stoked on this. Also that with the previous samples we had no issues running both a current hub guard and the new drive side version regarding frame spreading, it was super easy being that it’s CrMo and thinner but tough as fuck so putting on and taking off when you have a flat is pretty chill. Once we are all stoked on how it runs we will have these bad boys sorted and out later this year.

Jeremie sent through an update of his happenings lately, seems like things are going good for him.
I’m currently on vacation in Florida with my GF and her family. Been fun relaxing, watching gators and getting some roller coaster thrills at Universal Studios.
The day before I left I got a good session in collecting for my next edit. My friend Morris and I even found this awesome underground rail set up that is too good. I have wanted to find it since I spotted it in some local skate edits. With some dumb luck and a little street smarts we found it. Then almost spent the weekend in county but not before I put some pegs on it. Even though it’s not a new spot, still pretty sweet we found it ourselves.

Besides being one of the best shops in the country Backbone also hold it down when it comes to supporting the scene. They recently put on a 3 day long jam in Canberra and we were behind it 100%. The video came out great with everyone throwing down and Jacko went in hard on the rails setup.
